Playa del Carmen Beaches and Points of Interest

The beaches in Playa del Carmen are just as nice as the beaches in Cancun. The one benefit is that there are much less crowds than the beaches in Cancun.

The beaches to the north are considered the better beaches. The sand is clean, white and plentiful. The water is turquoise or clear blue. There are usually less people here on these beaches than the beaches to the south.
