Maui Vacation Clubs
Vacation clubs are a popular way for people to travel and stay at their favorite locations year after year without the high cost of owning property. Timeshares as they are commonly called allow the average person to vacation at popular condos around Maui and other beach resorts. The program allows the owner to visit the property the same time each year.
There is a small cost, usually between 5K and 15K to buy the week or two weeks of interest. There is also a monthly fee that is required. These fees can range from $200 up to $700 a month or more depending on the accommodations.

The Marriot in Lahaina is conveniently located in this tourist city. It has all the amenities expected of a Marriot and more. This property is located on the eastern side ( dry ) and does not have strong trade winds that are common on other parts of the island.

The Maui Beach Vacation Club is located right on the beach in Kihei. The property is located on the southern part of the island. There is less rain here but the trade winds are constant. The beach is good, but not great as those found in Kanapalli.
