Martinique Weather and Seasons

The weather in Martinique is tropical and warm. The average temperature ranges from the mid 70’s to the mid 80’s. The island receives about 40 inches of rain per year on average. There are two seasons on Martinique. The dry season is from December through May and the rainy season is from June through November.

The island receives rain all year long but more rain falls in the rainy season than the dry season. Much of the rain occurs from thunderstorms that form in the late afternoon and early evening. The rain forest receive quite a lot more rain than the lower coastal regions.
