The weather in Cancun is warm and tropical. This is one of the main reasons tourist choose Cancun over other resort destinations. There are basically two seasons in Cancun. The wet seasons starts in May and June and lasts into November. There are rain showers that occur in the afternoon and early evening.
The temperature is usually in the 80’s in the dry season and 90’s in the wet season. The humidity is around 70-80% and can make the air feel heavy at times. The best time to go is in the dry season when the weather is nice with little rain.
