Cancun Beaches and Points of Interest

Playa Las Perlas – located 2.5 km located the beginning of the hotel zone. This is a great beach to relax and swim. The water is calm and warm. Visitors can also take the water shuttle to Isla Mujeres. There are plenty of hotels, restaurants and bars right on the beacgh.

Playa Linda – just north of Playa Las Perlas is this beautufil beach filled with white sand. A crowded beach but there are places to spread out and enjoy the calm ocean waters. Several vendors offering dive tours and submarine rides are available at this beach. Visitors can also take the water shuttle to Isla Mujeres

Playa Langosta – Just north of Playa Linda. This beach offers activities including swimming, kayaking, para sailing and snorkeling. There are plenty of restaurants and bars located close by. There is also a dock with shuttles to Isla Mujeres and dive/snorkel tours.

Playa Tortugas – Located just north of Playa Langosta. Activities include swimming, water sports, restaurants and bars are located along this clean beach. There is also a dock with shuttles to Isla Mujeres and dive/snorkel tours.

Playa Caracol – Located near Punta Cancun.This is a good beach for small children. The beach is shallow and extents out to allow children to play without going to far. It is also one of the most crowded beaches along the strip. There are restaurants, bars and numerous activities here.
